AZPetrol Signs Agreement with Moldavian Government

The company "Azpetrol" of Azerbaijan and the Government of Moldova has signed an agreement on construction of Dzhurdzhulesht International Port upon Danube and Prut rivers. The port will have oil, cargo and passenger terminals.
The project implies construction of oil refinery with an annual capacity of 2 million tons, providing transportation and storage of petrol and other fuels, and opening over 50 filling stations. Under the project, Azpetrol is expected to invest US $250 million in 7 years.
